Granite Construction has won a $70-million contract for seven miles of new border wall in Hidalgo County, Texas, while environmental rules will be waived to restart three projects near San Diego. 

The total tally features 955 projects, 38 of which the state considers “major,” or over $10 million.

The big pharma joined several of its peers in committing to invest billions of dollars in new and expanded manufacturing facilities in the U.S.
