The House Homeland Security Committee is asking for $46.5 billion in new spending for border wall projects across the southwest over at least the next three years.

The Los Angeles-based contractor reported a record pipeline of work, raised its outlook for the first time in company history and expressed confidence in the face of tariffs.

The Dodge Momentum Index rose 0.9% in April as tariffs and policy uncertainty kept many owners and developers on the sidelines.

The new Shelby plant will produce the paint manufacturer’s complete line of aerospace coatings and sealants.
